Dear Candidate, With reference to your application for the post of Administrative Officer (Scale-I), you are requested to appear for a written examination on Sunday 22 April 2012 at 10.00 Hrs under the roll no. & registration no.at the examination venue indicated above. Test Comprises of the following Sections:

All the test mentioned above will be of objective type consisting of multiple choice questions(MCQ) to be answered in OMR sheet except for English Test which will be Descriptive type consisting of Essay, Precis and Comprehension. General Aptitude Test will be taken in lieu of professional knowledge test for candidates belonging to Group G. The additional topics which will be covered in this part will be (a) Data Sufficiency (b) Analysis of Information/Analytical ability (c) Data Interpretation.

Please note the following instructions carefully:

Please carry one valid Photo Identity Card as a proof of your identity in the Examination Hall. You will be allowed to enter the Test Centre only on production of Admit Card. Please note down your Roll Number andRegistration Number for future reference and keep a photocopy of the Admit Card with you, as the original one will be collected from you at the time of Written Test. You are required to carry one original copy of counterfoil of the fee payment challan which have to be submitted with the admit card at the time of written examination. Without the counterfoil of the fee payment challan, the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the written examination. Your candidature for this Test is provisional and subject to fulfillment of the Educational Qualification and other terms & conditions specified in our Advertisement & subject to a detailed scrutiny at a later stage. Request for change of Test Centre/Test Date will not be entertained under any circumstance. You may kindly note that no travelling expenses will be admissible for appearing the Written Test. USE ONLY BLUE/BLACK BALL POINT PEN for marking the answers on the OMR Sheet during the Written Test. Only blue or black ballpoint pen should be used for writing the descriptive answers during the Written Test. centre as these items are banned inside the test centre. 11. The duration of the Test will be of 3 hours. 12. No Candidate will be allowed to leave the Test Centre before 11 AM on the date of Examination.

10. Do not bring mobile phone(s)/scanning devices(s)/ any electronic gadget to the test centre. Please note that, no arrangement for storing these items will be made at the test
