I. Introduction: Located in Binh Duong province, one of the provinces with rapid economic growth rate and dynamic industrial development in Vietnam, My Phuoc Industrial Park (including My Phuoc 1, 2, 3, Thoi Hoa My Phuoc 4 and Bau Bang My Phuoc 5) was established on June 12, 2002 with a total area of 6200 ha. It is a new concept of an integrated industrial city to ensure a long term sustainable development of Binh Duong. My Phuoc Industrial Park was(HT) invested and managed by Investment and Industrial Development Corporation (Becamex IDC). Over 35 years of construction and development, Becamex IDC has 28 subsidiaries in variety fields and become (HTHT) a prestigious brand name in the field of investment and development of industrial, residential, urban, and transportation infrastructure. In order to support international investors and the employees of Becamex IDCs industrial parks, on May 4, 2006, Becamex IDC set up its 22nd subsidiary, Investment Service and Consultant Joint Stock Company (Becamex ISC Co.). Becamex ISC specialized in areas: Real estate, Education and training, Legal consultancy and administrative services, Design manufacturing and executing, event organization, advertising, trading and tourism. II. Overview of sightseeing companies marketing 1. Companies in My Phuoc industry park Almost of companies have foreign invested capital, manufacture, process and assemble products. Companies primarily promote products through distributors and big agencies, set up support customer center, representative sell office and take part in trade fair to introduce and show products. Moreover, companies concentrate in investing machine and modern technology to improve quality and increase revenue and profit. Particularly: Kumho Tires (Korea): set up 3/2008. Products are PCR/LTR tires provided for Ford, Hyundai, Mercedes, Chryster, exported 95% to North America, Asean by the orders of mother company. Competitive advantage is modern technology.

Media (China): set up 2007. Products are household electrical goods exported to North Europe and South East Asia. Domestic retailers are Thien Hoa, Nguyen Kim, Cho Lon. Medias products have competitive price (cheaper than from 20% to 30%). It sets up sell office and support customer center. Panko Vina (Korea): set up 8/2002. Products are clothes exported 100% to Japan, USA. Target customers are medium income. Strengths are concentrating in R&D, speed and quality. Kubota Tractor (Japan): set up 9/2008. It assembles and designs agriculture machines to be suitable for different region. Products are sold in domestic market with 60% market share by many methods: agency, deposit, freight paid Besides, it has good warranty system and provides spare parts. Tatung (Taiwan): set up 10/2005, manufactures household electrical goods and processes for Toshiba, Sanyo. Products are exported 80% to American, Middle East, Asia,... Products advantages are good endurance and competitive price. Kaiser Furniture (Taiwan): set up 2004. Products are wood furniture exported 100% to USA. Strenghs are good quality, competitve price, early delivery (30 days). It finds customers through trade fair in USA. 2. Company in VSIP II Industry park Hung Du Plastics (Taiwan), set up 2008. Products are plastic packing consumed in domestic market (Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai) and exported to Campuchia, Thai Lan, Taiwan. It finds cusstomers through Internet and trade fair. III. Marketing activities in Becamex ISC 1. Introduce about marketing group Marketing group used to be marketing department, then it was merged with manufacturing & sales group into sales department. It is responsible for searching customers, marketing and customer service which includes making and maintaining good relationship with customers, doing research to measure the level of customers satisfaction (every 6 months), giving best wishes in special day In the initial period, the company almost served customers in My Phuoc Industrial Park (MPIP), then it was expanded to outside of the MPIP. their managing structure more perfect, strongly investing in some main businesses (service event) to increase competitive advantages, decrease cost and be more active. Moreover, some services were added such color led screen, Becamex social house project. In addition, the other departments in ISC are also in charge of marketing for the service that they provide. Marketing group now mostly introduces some services such as: event service, color led screen, advertising panel, real estate, green landscape designing. The main marketing method is direct marketing. 2. Marketing activities Basically, we can divide ISC customers into 4 groups in order to have suitable way to market to each group with the notice about their specific characteristic such as operating size, culture (Japan, China) 2.1 New established companies Due to relationships with department of planning and investment of Binh Duong Province, industrial park authorities as well as information through many channels, public media (television, newspaper) ISC can get quickly information about the companies which intend to be set up or have recently established in order to initiatively access them to market. Based on the need of this group, marketing staffs concentrate in some services such as: law consultation, ground breaking ceremony, opening ceremony, employee supply New established companies are potential customers which bring many opportunities for ISC to exploit in long time. The percentage of achieved negotiation is often about 35%. 2.2 Initiative customers This group knows about ISC service through ISC customers who used to be or are being served by ISC), projects and programs that ISC held (Childrens World, Sport Festival, My Phuocs mid-autumn night) or ISCs website. Negotiation to sign contract is easier in this case because customers have trust in ISC service. In addition, marketing staff will market more service for customers to know more clearly about all ISC services. 3|Page

2.3. Customers of companys list: They are introduced services but they havent had demand of using services at that time. However, the marketing staff always keep in touch with them and care about them. This makes good relations between customers and ISC. The purpose is when the customers need a service, the first choice is ISC. 2.4. Customers from companies in the same aspect or related aspect: ISC has to keep in touch with companies in the same aspect or related aspect in order that they introduce customers and we give them discount for each contract. This is an effective way to widen relations and make good impression on customers and partners. IV. Proposals: 1. With respect to Becamex ISC Co. 1.1. Marketing Department: fulfill The market is competitive and the more and more service supply by the company, so that we need to adding human. Recruiting freelance to observe market. The way to attract customers: New established companies: Putting advertising on website of Binh Duong province or other websites, Corporations come into ISC by themselves: (cu trc song song) - Keep good relationship with old customers. - Keep trust and quality of service in each program, project. - Enhance the effect of website system, internet advertisement. Customers of companys list: - Widen marketing activities as much as possible and update customer information. - Send updated price quotation regularly. - Follow information related to potential customers. Customers from companies in the same aspect or related aspect: - Analyze carefully before deciding to cooperate with 4|Page

- Exploit customers by area (cooperate with competitors in other area in far distance) - Looking for other services which relate to ISCs current service to exploit customer - Innovating current services to satisfy customer and looking for new service to introduce customer. 1.2. The chain of supermarket Mini Mart Number One: Considering switching Mini mark from retailer to wholesaler. We will focus on supplying stationary. 1.3. Website of company: Utilizing internet into promotional tools for foreign and domestic customer. In website, we will add the catalogue lists to introduce about the services of company, some event that our company held. The same time, website will be the where you can place order for Mini Mart Number One. 1.4. Catalogue: Adding and updating Catalogue. Besides that, we will make some take note for some kind of events or equipments to easy to find when you negotiate with customers. 1.5. Logo: The company choose color and image logo quite good. However, in globalization, we have many foreign investors, the logo of company is similar with some international organization, such as FAO, APEC,Less impressive to investors. So that, changing logo into 3 words I, S, C which are designed to a house. It will show that we offer the services like the member of family together. 1.6. Establishing the supply chain department: We purchase a lot of services and goods. However, there isnt department specify in this, so we have different in quality, design and price. To save this cost, we need to establish it. Moreover, we can control the cost and product of Mini mark Number One. 1.7. Other proposal: Arrangement: some products were placed at the bottom of the stairs and walkways. We should move them to other place. Hire part-time employees to decorate for events and some managers control activities. 5|Page

2. Petition for Becamex IDC and My Phuoc Industrial City: Creating a competitive advantage for My Phuoc Industrial city: Labour help corporations in My Phuoc attract and keep workers. Work with corporations in My Phuoc or local authorities to hold work fairs through Vietnam in order to attract workers and popularize Becamex brand name. Have an agreement with companies in My Phuoc about industrial safety for protecting employees health and make them feel safely. Scheme housing estate with area for food, entertainment and shopping. Project market: shift shops and inns from temporary market to built-market so that we can control quality of product easily and keep the peace. Rearrange Security guard of Industrial park more professional to react effectively urgent situations. V. General After 6 years, Becamex ISC is one of factors that make M Phc Industrial City become an attractive destination of international investors and work-people. We hope that our suggestion will help the company continue to improve their service and become a professional service company with international standards.
