Harry Astronomy Club

Here at the Harry Astronomy Club, supported by Harry Astronomical and Research Society, we have been in the business of protecting people and the planet for over 3 years. Today, with more than 2000 members, the Harry Astronomy Club is the largest grassroots environmental organization in north of India. Inspired by nature, we work with our neighbors to protect our communities and to leave our children a healthy, living legacy of clean air, clean water and natural grandeur. Working to stop global warming is one of the key priorities of the Harry Astronomy Club. Unless we take steps now to curb global warming, our way of life, our planet, and our children are all in grave danger. Recognizing that each of us can make simple decisions that will reduce global warming pollution, the Harry Astronomy Club's network of activists and volunteers are dedicated to curbing global warming.

HPL-Harry Premier League

Our social league started in 2009. It started out as a friendly local tournament involving local players from Aligarh district to what is today the biggest social T20 league in Uttar Pradesh. Crossing all boundaries, players from other states has given national recognition. Players from all corners of India come to play in Harry Premier League. Our main aim is to increase the enjoyment and participation of the individual in cricket by providing clean and healthy platform and thereby increase the amount of people playing the game. Second to that we aim to make our environment healthy by planting trees so that our children can have clean air, clean water and natural grandeur. We make our citizens countable towards nature. As cricket lives in our heart, by means of cricket we plant a tree on every run scored during the tournament.

Prime Motive
We at Harry Astronomy Club believe that we dont have much time left to control the damage already done to the environment. The coming decade is critical and all must put in their efforts at restoring the green cover to the planet. Or else we will have to pay the price of global warming. The club is dedicated to plant 50,000 trees in this season. Without your valuable support it will be hard for us to achieve this target.

Sponsorship
Organizing state level tournament require large amount of capital investment which would not be possible without the help of sponsors. Thus the help and support of corporate sector is indispensable for our endeavor. In recognition of this support, it is our privilege to offer you with the following benefits: 1. Company logo and name will be printed on our main banner. 2. The sponsor will have a reserved space for an own banner in the venue as official sponsor. Size and location will be determined 3. Tournament success will be aired on local channels like Varun Cable, See news, FM as well as published in leading newspaper like Hindustan, Amar ujala, TOI etc 4. All the sponsor names will be published in our society magazine. 5. Sponsors Advertisement on Club website as well as on Facebook page of Club.

Harry Astronomy Club welcomes sponsorship in many forms. We gladly accept any contributions by affording cricket balls to Winning Trophies, expert advice/ or assistance. Direct financial support is also appreciated as it helps in the success of the tournament. The sponsors of HPL-3 are entitled to the following benefits, depending on the value to the club.
