Report on Reliance- Distribution and Satisfaction Survey:

The following report details the processes, activities and reports based on the Reliance survey that was conducted across several Reliance distribution centers in Chennai. The survey was taken by over 52 reliance distributors who provided enough information about the distribution, availability and satisfaction with regards to the Reliance Internet cards.

Questionnaire Distribution:
The surveying process started by preparing the questionnaire. The Questionnaire consisted of about 13 questions that helped to get information about the sale, price, availability and satisfaction about various plans in Reliance. Also, the questionnaire was prepared with utmost care to see to that it covers all of the factors related to satisfaction of the distributors. The overall process took about 20 days of time to distribute and collect the reports (May 20, 2012 to June 15, 2012). Though the team approached about 200 individual reliance distributors across the city, only about 52 of them were prepared to give their opinions. Some of the distributors were reluctant to pine their opinions. Out of the 52 people, most of them gave their answers orally when the team shot out the questions to them. Only a few were ready to fill the questionnaire on their own.

Based on Average Sales per week:

The question that relates to the average number of sales was asked to compare the total number of units (of all brands) that was sold in week against the number of reliance units that were sold in the same week. Majority of the distributors opined that they sold about 10-15 units in total out of which only 1-2 reliance units were sold in a week, which seems to be considerably unhealthy for the distributors. But only a minimum of them said that they were able to sell about 3-5 reliance units in a week, which were located in densely populated areas. The following Pie chart shows the average sales per week.
