Full-Time Program Manager Seeking innovative and goal-driven professional to oversee, implement and manage all evidencebased Parents

Anonymous Programs in Los Angeles and Riverside Counties. This Full Time position requires a master's degree in social work or related field with 5 -10 years of direct services experience, have excellent writing and analytic skills; be a superb communicator; and have successful program coordination and management experience. Must embrace the unique mutual support-shared leadership approach of Parents Anonymous that ensures the successful and meaningful partnership with Parent Leaders in all organizational functions: policy; program planning, implementation, and evaluation; outreach; public speaking; and training and technical assistance. Responsible for recruitment, training and management of Parents Anonymous Group Facilitators, Children & Youth Program staff, Parent group Leaders and Family Partners; liaison with county funders and local partners based on existing contract and grant obligations; assist in the development of new programs and grants; oversee fidelity of all programs; review data and produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports; problem solve program and participant issues; train in Shared Leadership in Action Program; provide support to National Parent Helpline. Part-Time Researcher Seeking innovative and goal-driven professional to design, implement and manage all research and program evaluation initiatives of Parents Anonymous Inc. This Part Time position (may grow into Full Time) requires a Ph.D. or master's degree in social work or related field with 5 10 years of research and/or evaluation experience, have excellent writing and analytic skills; be an superb communicator; and have up to date data analysis skills including quantitative and qualitative research methods and demonstrated experience in grant writing. Must embrace the unique mutual support-shared leadership approach of Parents Anonymous that ensures the successful and meaningful partnership with Parent Leaders in all organizational functions: policy; program planning, implementation, and evaluation; outreach; public speaking; and training and technical assistance. Responsible for all data collection efforts including verification and statistical analysis; creation, implementation and analysis of fidelity instruments, training assessments, and evaluation tools of Parents Anonymous. Manage current projects including analysis of data, design of rigorous outcome studies and maintenance of database elements ongoing projects nationwide. Will write grant proposals for research and evaluation projects including design, implementation, data analysis for research and program evaluations that are process and outcome studies. Write grant reports, publications and write and submit peerreviewed journal articles.
