Due to the increasing rate of loan borrowers in the country, manually managing it could result to unidentified circumstances through which may cause unmonitored payments, unpaid balances, untimed remitting of loan payments and so on.

So as a perspective for development, we decided to achieve success in this project using the following goals and objectives; Develop the sense of financial management in order to incorporate changes in the loan management world. Scrutinize loan information to achieve the highest quality of loan monitoring techniques. Develop a high standard of learning regarding to the subject matter to enhance the capability of the developers to forecast the needs of the desired clients. Increase the researchers skills to the peak of its potentials in order to grow more knowledgeable in Information Technology the same way as the Business Industry.

(b)Scope. Itemized list of deliverables of the system with respect to the functionality of the system user and management reports. Further, include the limitations. Since the proposed Loan Management System will be primarily be used for Cooperatives (Coops), the scope of the proposed project will be identified by the following;

(c) Reasons for choosing the proposed project? As described from the goals and objectives of project, the researchers and developers of this project would like to automate the said system. Another reason is that we found out that Cooperative Loans greatly increases but the its approaches used for handling this business aint growing, leaving the capitalist unprepared for the unexpected circumstances it may result as it grows larger and larger.

Moreover, the challenges that lies beyond this that makes it very interesting for the researchers for it encompasses a large foundation in the financial industry.

(d)Your strategy for getting started: Well first, the researchers should be able to find a company, group or a person who has a great knowledge over this subject matter. These people would greatly influence the results of the study for their inputs are the most reliable and convenient source of information.

Furthermore, books, research papers and an existing Loan Management System application would also be great resources before starting with the project for it contains ideas, approaches, techniques and most of all, knowledge the researchers can use to deal with the study.

2. Required Development and Testing Environment (a) Hardware requirements (processor, RAM, storage capacity etc.), Software requirements (OS, Language versions, libraries etc.), Special requirements (if any)

(b) How do you intend to obtain access for these facilities? Indicate the location, frequency of access to use these facilities and its approximate durations on monthly / weekly / daily basis.

(c) How do you intend to demonstrate your project work? Indicate access to software, hardware, data required for the demonstration.

(d) Will the final system be tested / evaluated by real users: Yes!

(e) State the way of generating test data/ test cases:

(f) State the way of determining the acceptability / success of final system:

(g) The procedure to evaluate the performance of the system:

3. The Work Plan
