Observations Gas consumption appears to be significantly high in the first trial performed with the magnets. This is reasonable since the dryer is at room temperature.(This trial was taken as neglected one) Above observation wasnt appear in the trial performed without magnets because dryer was in use before the trial begins.

Calculation With magnetic ring setup (Neglecting the first trial and consider the other five trials), Without magnetic ring setup, Thus approximately 18% of gas consumption increment has been observed. Approximate gas consumption difference between the first trial and the other trials %

Conclusions No significant gas saving though the magnetic rings setting up around the gas regulator tube. Fluctuations of the gas consumption over the trial No. is reasonable because there are different No. of gas firing times present within a cycle. Gas consumption seems to be significantly heavy when using a dryer which gets cooled to the room temperature. Thermal conductivity of the metal drum is too higher than its value of the gloves. Thus Hot air flow first transfers its heat to the drum before heating the gloves. About 54% of gas saving can be obtain if choose a dryer to run next cycle immediately after the previous cycle finished. Different workers follow different methods for applying Deo liquid and inserting the towels. Some are performing both task before the cycle startsmethod1 and others perform it while the cycle is runningmethod2 (opening the door when 8 min pass after cycle starts).Opening the door while the cycle is running yields to escape some of the heat inside the dryer to the surrounding. Applying Deo liquid and towels before the cycle starts yields low heating rate for the dryer than the other method, thus increases the gas firing time. (Method 1 was utilizes by the dryer workers while performing the trial with the magnetic ring setup and the other method was in practice while performing the trial without magnetic ring setup) Thus the conditions present while performing the trial differs from each other though the regulator valve position and other conditions maintained as same. This may be the cause for obtaining negative results.
