Testing & commissioning of various control systems. Performing Panel inspections for various projects. Preparation of I/O List & Planning for DCS system Designing of PLC, DCS Architecture as per the site requirement. Engineering, planning and execution for Control & Instrumentation system. Installation, Calibration and commissioning of Instruments. Currently deputed at Baglihar HEP (450 MW) for back up support of complete automation system.

Trainings

Automation exposure at Sofcon India Pvt. Ltd, Noida [12 Weeks] PLCs: (Allen Bradley, Siemens) Ladder & Logic Development Wiring & Troubleshooting. SCADA: Wonderwares Intouch, RS View, Application & Development. Process Instrumentation: RTDs, Thermocouples, Level Sensor, Flow sensor, Proximity Sensors.

Attended a week long training session for TIA ADVANCED with S7 300-400 at Siemens Ltd, Mumbai.

Project Executed 1. Baglihar Hydro Electric Power Plant ,J&K

8 months back up site support for the complete automation system of the 450 MW hydro electric plants. Backup support for Data archiving system and server for the power plant. Instruments and Control system monitoring with proper documentation.

2. Asiganga Hydro Electric Power Plant ,Uttrakhand Development of logic and SCADA for the small hydro electric power plant. Preparation of Hardware Configuration and I/O list.

3. Jaypee Oil Mill,Reva & Jaypee LS & Coal Crusher,Dalla

Logic and SCADA preparation according to the need of the customer. Design and configuration of the system as per the need. Preparation of various documents for both the plants.

4. SAFFOLA OIL (Marico ltd, Baddi)

Crystallization and Filter Section of the edible oil plant. The plant had 7 (seven) crystallizer and 16 filtering section used simultaneously for filtering and squeezing. Logic and SCADA was developed according to the need. The complete section could be run in AUTO and MANUAL mode.

5. HEIDELBERG Cements (Narsingarh, Damoh)

Automation of the Coal Crusher for the existing line for cement production. The section included conveyors and motors. These motors and conveyors were operated sequentially after satisfying all the interlocks needed.

6. SSA International (Panipat)

Automation of Crystallizer section. The plant had 3 crystallizer meant for cooling of the edible oil through different types of oil.

7. SHAKTI BHOG (Dash exports) (G.Noida)

The plant had motors and elevators meant for different processes of flour manufacturing. Logic and SCADA were developed as per the need.
