Emma West Trial Postponed Again Until 5th.

Justice Several times the Emma West trial has been postponed at the Croydon Crown Court it cant be something I said to the Lord Chief Justice can it? Look in the right hand sidebar to see the supposed video of Emma West the racist lady on the Croydon Tram who was incarcerated quite outrageously over the Christmas of 2011 estranged from her young infant son which is a magic time of year, opening presents of toys and enjoying the break before we head for a New Year. She was subjected to prodding and probing by psychiatric doctors and nurses over that time and given the liquid cosh to keep her compliant as though she was a lunatic, all she did was vent her annoyance at one of the enrichers on the tram who mouthed off to her, so Emma gave back and more. In our English Common Law which has been quoted very often by the Lord Chief Justice we have the right of expression, and according to him should over ride any foreign judges laws from foreign jurisdictions meaning of course the EU commissars, who are unelected, making up laws we in Britain should abide by, they should be ignored according to him We want no George Orwell 1984 here in Britain and a totalitarian state ruled by Bilderbergers or we will definitely have a civil war within the next twenty years or less. The Americans are expecting civil war within the next twenty years also from hunger because they have allowed too many immigrants into the country and not enough food to go around. I and over 7,000 others emailed the Home Secretary, Theresa May demanding her release. She was released after Christmas on 3rd. January 2012. I asked the court clerk on the phone why it is that the trial is postponed yet again and all I was told was its up to the judge. Can Justice McKinnon please enlighten us as to what is going on? The prosecution are bringing NO WITNESSES and relying solely on the YouTube video as evidence is this a sick joke? There will be no movie maker to attest that the video from start to finish is authentic and the soundbite too is authentic. You would not bring to court a video of Star Wars and the prosecution saying look you see thats all true, youve seen it with your own eyes and listened to it! What a joke! I sent a two page letter to the Lord Chief Justice about this Orwellian prosecution, no doubt that is the reason for the delay it cant be anything else. This prosecution should be dropped.
