THAT I, Cecile Jacela Ilagan of a legal, Filipino Citizen, married and with postal and residential address at # 2249 Concha St., San Andres Bukid, Manila do hereby says: That I am the same Cecile Jacela Ilagan who is the petitioner in the annulment case docketed as 07-118313, and which was decided by the Honourable Roy G. Gironella of Manila RTC Branch 43; That I after I received the copy of the decision of the Court favouring my decision, I firmly believed in good faith that it was enough; That my previous counsel failed to inform me of the need to register the Decision and the Finality of Judgement; That while I am securing pertinent papers for my job application, it is only now that I came to realize the need to register my papers before the Local Civil Registrar and the National Statistics Office; That I am now causing the registration of the Decision and Finality of Judgement with respect to my annulment.
