Abstract

This research tries to assess marketing practice in hotel industry specifically in the case of
Abrha Castle hotel, Mekelle. The research will mainly evaluate the service delivered by the
hotel and the factors affecting marketing practice of hotel industry in line with the case
study.
To achieve the objectives of the study the researcher will collect primary data through
questionnaire and interview. The questionnaire will be distributed to the customers of the
hotel using simple random sampling techniques and structured interview will be held with
the manager of the hotel. Finally possible recommendation will be forwarded.

proposal.
Next my special thanks goes to my advisor Abebe Tilahun who gave me encouraging comments
and necessary corrections through the way of completing this study. My deepest and heartfelt

of this paper.
