India ranks 2nd in population & 5th in term of pollution globally

Major emitters are construction ,manufacturing but direct and indirect carbon emission of the transport sector contribute around 14% of the total pollution The carbon emission occurs from travel relating to social and business uses
Some contribution occur from travel relating to official meetings VC is adopted by the govt. in order to conduct meetings. 5/5/2012

Issue of the case

High carbon emission which directly affects our environment and causing unseasonal rainfall, high pollution, depletion of ozone layer thereby allowing ultra-violet rays to reach the earth surface which would lead to life being impossible after a few years Loss of time of the people or say meeting participants loss of energy of meeting attendees as they get tired after travelling such a long distance It is not economical.

CONCLUSION
THOUGH PEOPLE ARE RESISTANT TO ADOPTING VIDEO CONFERENCING AS IT INVOLVES NEW TECHNOLOGY. BUT WE BEING A MANAGER SHOULD TAKE AN INITIATIVE TO EMPLOY IT AS FAR AS POSSIBLE. WE ARE NOW INTO THE 21ST CENTURY WHERE WE NEED TO BE COMPETENT AND ADOPT NEW TECHNOLOGY TO EXIST IN THIS FAST MOVING WORLD AS EMPLOYING A VC FACILITY WOULD NOT ONLY BE FINANCIALLY WORTHY,BUT IT WOULD ALSO SAVE TIME & ENERGY.
