Dear Sir, We submit to your Kind honor for your kind consideration and favorable action. We are the authorized packers of ghee under Agmark with THIRUMALA Brand and Marketing the product in India. Our certification of authorized number in CA 006858 valid up to March, 2015. We have our own laboratory with all equipment and chemicals for testing Ghee parameters. Our Chemist Mr.Purshotham was trained and approved by your office. We are packing the product in Pouches, Jars, Tins for which we have tied up with Agmark approved printers for printing the labels. We are paying the label charges in advance since 2000 without fail to your sub office, Guntur. At present we were allotted Agmark replica serial numbers for the required quantity which is running in twenty digits. We are facing difficulty in printing this number on small packs. Now we came to know that some companies like AMUL, Nutralite brands were given E-Coding facility for the Agmarked products. Hence we request you to extend the same facility to us, so that the Agmarking work will be smooth and hassle free. We assure you that all the Ghee manufactured by us will compulsorily Agmarked and the entire label charges will be paid in advance. Recently we adopted for SAP ERP for our accounting system and the same reports will be submitted to you. Necessary affidavit will be submitted by us.
