Course days: Sundays (as needed based on evaluation)
Course Time: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Cost of course: $355 (includes mandatory CPR renewal)
NYS DOH Form 3312 vouchers are accepted.
(Bring signed and completed form to the first day of class)
If you have a voucher, only $20 payment is required (for the mandatory CPR renewal). *
If you do not have a voucher, $355 payment is required.

*if the student withdraws/fails from the course, he/she will be responsible for full payment.
