Some Information about STEM Solutions

Overview
STEM Solutions is a business that sells lesson plans and worksheet sets for STEM-related education, namely in preparation for the AP Calculus Exam. We have built this company off of the success of these worksheets as created and used by Paul Bosley.

Need
We started STEM Solutions to: Prepare students for STEM-related careers, which have had a recent high interest due to growing competition from foreign countries Aid in increasing the United States STEM education quality as compared with other countries (e.g. Japan, China) Exceptionally prepare students for the AP Calculus Exam, an essential part of STEM Education - The United States national average for passing the AP BC Calculus Exam is a little over 60%; Paul Bosleys success rate with these worksheets is around 90%.

Approach
We plan to address this need by offering: Comprehensive, cumulative worksheets that cover all three major topics of calculus required on the AP BC Calculus Exam Worksheets that review older material while reinforcing that days lesson at the same time Challenging worksheets that force students to truly think about the problem and understand the solution, instead of just regurgitating a learned answer
