ABSTRACT
In todays business scenario, the real asset of a company is its customers. If a company has to survive for a long term, then it is very important to keep their customers highly satisfied. In India, beverages form an important part of the lives of people. It is an industry, in which the players constantly innovate, in order to come up with better products to gain more consumers and satisfy the existing consumers. In order to achieve this level of satisfaction proper execution of display of beverages at the stores is very essential, so as to gain maximum exposure and increased sales. In this regard the purpose of my study is to study the execution standards in local key accounts. These project works has been carried out in deep red Night Life / Fine Dine outlets authorized by Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd in the city of Bangalore region. RED stands for Right Execution Daily. It is a survey method for the company to know their position in the market. Right execution daily has made the services regarding performance of market developer. The Night Life / Fine Dine are the outlets where the beverages are sold for high price and in some outlets they are given as part of the combo offer with other eatables which are available in these outlets. The method of sampling used is purposive sampling. On basis of which 51 deep red Night Life / Fine Dine outlets were surveyed. The technique used for the collection of data at these outlets is by using a structured questionnaire. Additional data was gathered by personally interviewing the store manager and by observation. From the study it was found that a large percentage of customers are happy to state that they have good support from their market developers, deliver personnel & area managers. All the red outlets should be activated with proper activation elements which should be visible to the consumers who visit the store. Based on the findings suggestions were made to the company.
