The Albany County Sheriffs Office reports the arrest of 4 Westerlo Residents on Burglary Charges. The Following were arrested and charged with Burglary in the 2nd Degree C Felony, Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree D Felony, Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession Stolen Property 4th Degree E Felony, Conspiracy in the 4th Degree E Felony and Petit Larceny. 1. 2. 3. 4. Thomas J. Bushnell Jr. Age 22, 3488 State Route 85 lot 39 Westerlo NY Stephen E. Yakel Age 19, of 3485 State Route 85 Westerlo NY Jacob C. Ostrander Age 19, of 631 County Route 401 Westerlo NY Dylan R. Bishop Age 21, of 3462 State Route 85 Westerlo NY

The complaint alleges the four defendants had broken into a residence located 255 West Woodstock Rd. in the Town of Berne and stole Guns, Knives, Swords, Compound Bows, Crossbows, Jewelry and Electronics and other Hunting Equipment including Ammunition. Sheriffs Investigators executed search warrants on all four of the subjects residences yesterday and recovered most of the stolen property. All four subjects were arraigned in the Town of Westerlo Court by the Honorable Kenneth Mackey and remanded to the Albany County Correctional Facility with $10,000 bail each.
