I have known Hellen Michells since I was six years old, because our mothers were friends from

the high school and her family moved into our neighborhood. Later, we started together the University studying English philology. Thus I have got to know her very well and have to come to aprreciate her many skills. My most recent contact with her has been in the abroad internship where we were working in a Museum of Natural History. As part of her duties, she had to guide the visitors through the History and do an speech about the different ages in the Nature. She always gives the impression that she is really self-confident and competent. In the time that Hellen worked as a language assistant, she proved herself to be very efficient and also creative and original. In particular, I have always found Hellen to be dedicated and motivated at work. She has built up good relationships in her jobs and is liked and repected by everyone. She is also friendly and gregarious, what is very important to work as a tourist guide. If I had to say anything bad it would be that is not punctual, but this is the only weakness that we can see in her. However, Hellen is an intelligent person and she tries to mend herself creating a diary routine. Fort he reasons I have given, I have no hesitation that she would undoubtedly do an excellent job as a tourist guide for English speaking tourist and I support her application.
