Opening

The regular meeting of the 31 Aces was called to order at 6:33 pm on February 19, 2012 in Vmobile DJ Achievers Calamba IBC by President Larry Villegas. Mr. Villegas mentioned that we have a quorum from our previous meeting of February 5, 2012 and therefore the Minutes of the Meeting of the said day were approved. II. Memorandum of Understanding (MOA)

Mr. Villegas mentioned that there are still 4 members who have not signed our Memorandum of Understanding (MOA). While other members are already requesting their copies, it was reiterated that we cannot have our MOA notarized and distributed to members unless we have the complete set of signatories from the membership. III. 31 Aces Website

Mr. Villegas mentioned that he has a personal video presentation with his contact information posted in his FaceBook account. He will also create another version of the video with the 31 Aces contact information. Website creation was re-assigned to Ms. Mimi Baula and will be managed under the Administration Division per instructions from Vice President Mr. Mc Onell Estrito. Mr. Estrito has a template idea of our website's layout and content from another site. Video will be personal to the 31 Aces. Ms. Baula will gather all information from Mr. Estrito. Any suggestions and comments shall be forwarded to Mr. Estrito. The domain name, which will be decided upon by our group, will be initially sponsored by Ms. Baula for a year; after which time, 31 Aces' funds will take over in the renewal of the domain name.

Events and Promotion of Sales

Mr. Villegas reminded the members who conducted the Consumer Surveys conducted last January to follow up on Banadero and Mabuhay. It was suggested that a mini-BOM be presented to those who showed interests. Mr. Jericho Gallego reported on the success of the University of Perpetual's University Week on February 13-17, 2012. Mr. Gallego rated a 7.5 success and would even be better if all of all of our members participated. Vmobile was 2 in the University Week's biggest sponsorship just behind SM.
nd

Our sponsorship included the following: Php 600 cash out on the event 15 TechnoUser Access Cards at Php 300 each (Total: Php 4,500) 15 SIM Cards at Php 40 each (Php 600)

Mr. Gallego mentioned of organizing another event at Letran Calamba with our contact, Rudolph at the school's Foundation Day from March 5-10, 2012. The booth information will be provided by the school's Finance Secretary pending a letter of proposal from 31 ACES. There is usually a Php 1,000 sponsor registration fee to cover all incidentals in connection to the booth. Our proposal for sponsorship will include twenty (20) TechnoUser Access Cards and a provision for a classroom with a projector for our Business Orientation Meeting (BOM). Throughout the days of the event, there will be announcements all-over the campus to visit our booth. Set-up takes place on March 4, 2012. Mr. Villegas reminded the group that for reimbursements of expenses, Petty Cash forms, available from Ms. Ellen Dalago, shall be completed and submitted to our Finance Division. IV. 31 Aces Member's Obligation

Mr. Villegas mentioned that the account of 31 Aces is open to all members for review. Registrations from 'walk-ins' are and will be positioned in 'auto-spill.' In this case, 'auto-spill' shall be considered as 'Bonus' and shall not be depended on member's earnings for the team. Each member shall be working on one (1) leg each. As such, it is the obligation of each member to work on their legs as assigned on page 4. It is also reiterated that each member should work out on their respective 'directs' first and foremost.

There are several members who have not earned their direct sponsorship as of this date: Mr. Jose Crisanto Villegas, Mr. Christopher Caraan, Ms. Eden Bitanga, Ms. Ma. Luisa Reazo, Mr. Marwin Bacoto and Mr. Estrito. Their first pay-in will be kept in our account until such time that they register their direct sponsor. In order that we become successful on our undertakings under 31 ACES, all 31 ACES members shall have completed the three (3) business modules under the training of Mr. Estrito. Per Mr. Estrito, for those members doing the Consumer Surveys, a form with a date, time and name of the presenter should be completed. There shall be 3-5 survey schedules per month. The member who organized the survey schedule shall be the one in charge for the presentation and follow-up. IV. Financial Report

According to Mr. Estrito, nine (9) members' checks were cashed in during the January pay-in. On top of the 1% transaction fee charged on every check conversion, there is also an additional Php 60.00 per check. In order for us to maximize our earnings and eliminate these additional charges, we will only request five (5) checks every conversion period. Break-down of income distributions and suggestions: 50% Individual Earnings: Php 26,565.00
st

Mr. Estrito suggested that the Php 256.93 of our 1 income contributed to our team building. Anticipated budget for this activity is Php 7,964.83, from the team's contribution, tentatively planned at Dona Jovita Resort on March 2, 2012. Ms. Dalago mentioned that she will work on a free resort entrance fee. 30% Investment: Php 15,939.00

For the 30% investment, Mr. Estrito recommended to invest it on an LCD Projector because it has been an obvious purchase priority for our team. 10% Charity: Php 5,313.00

For the 10% allotment for charity of Php 5,313.00, it was recommended that this amount be donated to Sendong and earthquake victims. Mr. Estrito asked the members to research on how to make donations. Ms. Angelina Casunuran suggested 'Bahay ni Maria.' Church tithing was also suggested; however, since our members belong to different denominations, it is preferable to explore for 3 to 5 Non-Profit Foundations and charities instead.

10% Operational Expenses:

Php 5,313.00

From our operating expenses of Php 5,313.00 less the University of Perpetual's University Week, we have a remaining balance of Php 3,413.00.
