Narrative Report

The narrative report in our On the Job Training in Philippine Postal Corporation Ozamiz City. As graduating student of Misamis University we should undergo the OJT or On the Job Training. We are choosing Philippine Postal Corporation because we want to learn different kinds of works in the office. Working in office is related to our course as Associate in Office Administration. In the time of our OJT we learn so many things in office. In post office we are trained how to records the different kinds of mails like registered mail, foreign mail, speed mails and also the packages. We know also how to assist the people asking their mails or packages. Sort different kinds of letter from different place inside the country or outside. Cancelled also the stamp of the letter. File records according to its months and date and total the amount that will be fee for that certain letter. As an OJT trainee of Philippine Postal Corporation I was so thankfully because I learned so many works to our course. As a student of Misamis University, Ozamiz City I was satisfactorily completed my training with the Philippine Postal Corporation as On the Job Training (OJT) starting November 22, 2011 to February 28, 2012 with the total number of 200 hours. To the top management of Postal office we are very thankful to teach as to assist people and worked in office.
