OBSERVATION MOTOR: Overall readings are high. Peakvue and HFD are NORMAL. Frequency spectrum shows 1X as dominant peak. FAN: Overall readings are high. Peakvue and HFD are high. Frequency spectrum shows 1X as dominant peak along with some non-synchronous high frequency peaks.

After completion of vibration measurement, during Cross phase measurement sudden increment observed in motor and Fan DE vibration Motor DE vibration goes up to 122 mm/s RMS and Fan DE vibration goes up to 90 mm/s RMS. Could not save very high vibration Spectrum due to machine stop in middle of data processing. Cause of sudden increment in vibration may be due to any damage in rotating component like coupling bolt damage, mounting bolt broken, Fan blade damage or Fan balancing mass comes out of position etc.

ACTION RECOMMENDED Fan internals to be checked for any mechanical damage. All mounting bolts to be checked for breakage. Motor solo run to be taken for further analysis.
