    RRRA Elections 2012 CEO Ruling Re: Nominations Effective immediately no candidate shall attempt to gain or gain nomination

    signatures on individual residence floors or non-public areas. Abstentions, the RRRA office, Oasis, the Residence Cafeteria, and Ravens Roost have also been deemed as locations where gaining or attempting to gain nomination signatures would result in a penalty. Nominations may only be obtained public areas. This ruling is made in accordance with section 2.2 of Policy XI - Electoral code: 2.2 The CEO shall be the senior administrative officer in respect to the elections, by-elections, recall or referenda.
