PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE SENDING FAULTY MATERIALS

If you have any ABB module to be repaired / replaced / tested. Please follow the below instructions for sending ABB faulty module to ABB Service Centre, Bangalore. 1. Warranty applicable only for manufacturing defects within the warranty period.

2. Duly fill this fault report for each ABB faulty module / material and send it by E-mail by clicking the 'Submit by E-Mail' button (in next page) or Courier it or send along with faulty module. 3. For any queries please feel free to contact 080-22949687 or mail to servicecentre.peenya@in.abb.com

4. If Road permit is required to send modules back to your state then please send road permit along with faulty modules only. 5. Road permit or way bill is not required to send faulty modules to below mentioned address.
