This project is to analyze and to purpose the solution to the problem arising in the existing setup of the internal thread grinding machine unit . It aims at reducing or eliminating entirely the need for maintenance. It deals with the effective utilization of the internal thread grinding machine i.e. Re-designing of dressing unit which plays a very vital role in machine. The outcome of the project is based on the designed components of dressing unit.
