Per reference (a), enclosures (1) and (2) were approved effective 1 July 2008 for Licensed Deck Officers and Fleet Support Officers under the Atlantic and Pacific Schedule of Wages. 2. Enclosures (1) and (2) provide a 3.75 percent increase to base pay, overtime, penalty, and non-watch rates except as required by Public Law 110-161 of 26 December 2007 and 5 USC 5348. Enclosure (1) is applicable to all Licensed Deck Officers under the Atlantic and Pacific Schedule of Wages. The actual rates paid are limited to Level IV of the Executive Schedule. 2. The annual salaries shown represent the daily rate multiplied by 365 days. The monthly rate of pay is derived by multiplying the daily rate by the number of days in the month, i.e, 28, 29, 30 or 31. 3. Nonwatchstanding allowance for dayworkers is included in the daily rate and annual salaries shown, For watchstanders, the nonwatchstanding allowance is to be added, as appropriate, when computing annual leave, shore leave and bonuses. 4, The premium time/penalty time rate is: $16.56 per hour. 5. RELIEF DECK OFFICER RATES: a, Regular Compensation: $33.60 per hour. b. Mechanized, Semi-Mechanized, Retrofit and Diesel Pay: $35.58 per hour. ¢, Tankers: $37.73 per hour. d.
