DESCRIPTION

Double drum slickline unit Upper drum 0.105" x 20,000' stainless steel line for high CO2 sour service. Upper drum interchangeable with extra drum described below. Lower drum 0.125" stanless steel line for high CO2 sour service. Extra drum to be kept in Jambi area containing 0.105" to 0.108" API 9A regular carbon steel line for sweet service.

Lever operated dog cluth with lock for changing drive between drums.

Duplex sprockets and chain drive power transfer

Counter head assembly composed of one 16" counter wheel assembly for 0.105" / 0.108" slickline in feet. Counter cable to odometer for both counter wheels. Covered console w/ adjustable padded all weather fiber seat, Operations panel including dual drum brake controls, odometer (feet), weight indicator (lbs), level wind hand wheel, gear shift and other gauges required for safe efficient operation.
