This is to introduce Ms. Cristina Guillena Ytac our appointed promo personnel for
HARLEY RUEDAS products assigned at your branch store from May 16, 2008 to August 16,
2008 as agreed upon between your establishment and HARLEY RUEDAS APPAREL.

She will take charge in promoting and selling the said product which are exclusively
distributed by Harley Ruedas Apparel for the specified duration mentioned above except on the
store's official holidays such as Good Fridays and New Year's day.

She is directly employed by our company, which shall be responsible for her salaries
and wages and such benefits as provided by law. Therefore, she will not be considered as an
employee of New City Commercial Center but our own employee.
