Asserting Right To Non-Compliance and Accommodations

Assertion that Customary Law and Traditional Title Prevails

Inclusive and retroactive of all other court actions and assertions


concerning said property, traditional title, aboriginal rights, jurisdiction
of the Kichesipirini Algonquin First Nation or said individual Paula
LaPierre.

Kichesipirini Algonquin First Nation has asserted title to the said property commonly
known as 244 Welland Street, Pembroke, Ontario, K8A 5Y4. The said property is within
unceded Algonquin territory, meaning Algonquin title still remains. The property is
currently in possession of Paula LaPierre, representative for the Kichesipirini Algonquin
First Nation. The Kichesipirini Algonquin First Nation has been seeking proper
consultation and compensation with the Federal and Provincial government
representatives for their right to inclusion in the ongoing Algonquin land claim and
Treaty negotiations.
