On June 7, 2002 you denounced the plan to reduce your pay to $15,668 and change your status to part-time claiming that, “it could invite corruption.” A month earlier (on May 7, 2002) I sent you an e-mail telling you about some ongoing corruption, within county government, that has kept several thousand handicapped individuals (in the DECA Program) from finding gainful employment in the county system. As of yet, you have done nothing to see that those individuals in the DECA Program (many of whom are your constituents), received the representation they are entitled; by exposing that afore mentioned corruption and by seeking justice for all the persons harmed by it.
