A. The Aim Knowing the aerobic respiration of plant B. Tools and Materials - Respirometer tube - Cotton - Buds - NaOH - plastisin - Eosin - Pipette - Stopwatch C. Steps 1. Balance the buds into 3 categories, there are 2grs, 3grs, and 4grs 2. Do those steps for the all categories: - take the buds (2grs, 3grs, and 4grs) into the respirometer tube, add some NaOH which covers with cotton - cover the tube with plastisin, so the oxygen dont flow into the tube until 2 minutes, and close the point of respiration tube by your hands - after 2 minutes, open the point of respiration tube and put the eosin into the tube by pipette (be careful) - measure the length of moving eosin at 5th, 10th, and 15th minutes. And write down the notice - observe the difference of the categories of buds (2grs, 3grs, and 4grs) D.
