    I was asked by the management to survey the market for purchasing two voltage stabilizers and
    table cum pedestal fans for the office. During my survey, the following lowest possible prices
    were found available in the market for the above said items:

    Table cum Pedestal Fans

    Royal One year motor warranty Rs. 1,800 each


    Pak Fan One year motor warranty Rs. 1,900 each
    GFC One year motor warranty Rs. 1,800 each
    Metro Three year motor warranty Rs. 1,950 each

    Voltage Stabilizers

    Universal 7,000 Watts Rs. 6,700 each

    Considering that the management chooses the lowest possible option for the above, the following
    expenditure is expected to be incurred:

    Royal Fan 3 units @ Rs. 1,800 each = Rs. 5,400


    Universal Stabilizer 2 units @ Rs. 6,700 each = Rs. 6,700
    Total Rs. 12,100

    Kindly provide approval for the above said items.
