return to Pakistan I have kept extremely busy with the work of FLAME. One of which
was to prepare the statement of expenditure donated by Lalani Charitable Trust for the
Mobile Health Unit (MHU).

A complete statement cvering all the details of the donation received from
you and its expenditure are enclosed.

According to the MoU signed between us, dated 9 January 2005 and 4
April 2006, under your signature, an amount of US$ 6000 remains outstanding towards
the LCT.
