We enclose Photo copies of monthly income tax statements in respect of income tax
and withholding tax deducted from the salaries and from the services or supplies bills
by FLAME office during the period July 2006 to March 2007.

Please note that the income tax / Withholding Tax deducted mentioned in the
statements has already been deposited by us in the National Bank of Pakistan,
Defense Society Branch, Karachi. The copies being sent to you are for your
information and record purpose only.

Subject: Extension in Time to file Income Tax Return for the Year 2007

Due to difficulties in filing of Income Tax return of our NGO through e-mail and on
account of frequent electricity breakdowns, we are unable to file the income tax return
in scheduled time for the year 2007.

It is therefore requested to please grant us an extension of fifteen days time for the
filing of our Income Tax return.
