About the Pianist:

Asad Anees has been playing the piano since 1995 when he began learning at the age of
6, with his father as mentor and teacher. He is self-taught and has performed in 8
concerts, of which 3 were solo performances.

Asad was one of 16 finalists in an international piano competition held at New York State
University in 2006. He intends to become a professional concert pianist and to perform
throughout the world.

Aside from playing classics such Tchaikovsky, Beethoven and Schubert, Asad is also
interested in learning to play jazz.
