    Dear Gian-Carlo Carra, Thank you for attending our informal gathering on July 19/11. As discussed, we regret that you were left with the impression that you were not welcome at our Board meetings or General Meetings and we appreciate your efforts on Ramsays behalf and would like to move forward with a meaningful partnership between the Board of Directors and the Aldermanic/Counselors Office and the community. We would like to meet with you again to discuss your experiences with design charettes and explore the possibility of a design charette to develop a new Ramsay Area Redevelopment Plan dealing with the communitys future vision of itself, the Stampedes expansion into Ramsay Crossing and all related issues We look forward to hearing from you to set up a date a time to meet as soon as possible to assure a positive partnership begins.
