Offer
According to sec.2(a), when a person signifies to another his willingness to do or to abstain from doing something. Then such person is said to have made a proposal. Parties The person who makes an offer is known as offeror, proposer or promisor and the person to whom offer is made is called offeree or proposee, promisee.

Conditions of an Offer

One person must show his willingness to do a particular act. Or he must have shown his willingness to abstain from doing something. This desire must be expressed to a definite person only. The intention is to get assent of the other person, that is, to get his consent. A proposal may be made in any of the following manner.
