We have based our Quote on the following: Drawings: Structural Drawings that provided. Architectural drawings have been used for reference only Inclusions: Supply, Fabricate, Delivery and Installation of Structural Steel. Shop Detail Drawing Supply and Installation of Roof Purlins. Column Grouting. All necessary site equipments and crane-age . All finishes according to the specification.

Terms of payment: Payments terms to be discussed. Site Work: Site Work: Site work rates exclude all site allowance and any other extra payment that may be required on this site that may form part of a Work Place Agreement between the addressee or his agent and the Trade Unions. Delivery / program: Detailed works program based on your work schedule and our shop commitment will be provided if our tender successful. Tender Validity: Tender remains valid for 30 days after which we reserve the right to re price it.
