ABSTRACT:
Present days focus of application development is mainly on Rapid application development with good logging options. RAD Frameworks are self developed frameworks where applications with similar behavior can be developed in fraction of minutes with good performance and various reusable techniques. RAD frameworks use oops concepts making applications more reliable. They are completely user friendly and they can be web based, desktop based and they can also be exposed as services. RAD frameworks are self developed frameworks developed on top of existing frameworks like .Net Framework. It includes a large library and supports several programming languages which allow language interoperability. RAD frameworks provide easy ways to work on user interface, data access, database connectivity, cryptography, web application development. Platform dependency of RAD frameworks is dependent on the frameworks which they are built on. Deploying RAD based applications include the necessary supporting DLL file which is package of the compiled code. RAD frameworks can make use of built in security features provided by parent framework and will also have options to override existing security features. Developing applications using RAD frameworks is very simple and a developer just needs basic knowledge of coding. Less manpower is required to develop high performance based applications with less effort in less time.
