    Meaning and Differences between Nationalism and Patriotism

    Nationalism
     Means to give more importance to unity by the way of cultural background, including language and heritage.  Stresses for independence and the interest and domination of a nation and expresses his love or concern in an active political way.

    Patriotism
    Pertains to the love of for a country/nation, with more emphasis on values and beliefs.
