POST-UTME FOR 2011/2012 ACADEMIC SESSION

1. AGRICULTURE, ENGINEERING AND SCIENCE PROGRAMMES Candidates who have chosen UNAAB as their first and / or second choice University and have scored 180 Marks and above in the 2011 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are eligible for the Post-UTME. They must have also uploaded their Bio-data and OLevel results as earlier requested. Candidates who have applied for admission to the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (UNAAB) are invited to visit the University website www.unaab.edu.ng for details of the procedure for the Post-UTME Exercise. UNAAB Post-UTME is slated for: Date: Wednesday, 10th and Thursday, 11th August, 2011 Venue: University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (UNAAB) Permanent Site Alabata Road, Abeokuta. Candidates are to note that they must have attained the age of 16 years by October 1, 2011. 2. MANAGEMENT SCIENCES PROGRAMME: The University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (UNAAB) also invites qualified candidates who did not apply to UNAAB through JAMB but sat for the 2011/2012 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), and are interested in seeking admissions into the University Management Sciences Programme, to also register by uploading their Bio-Data and OLevel Results. They are to register additionally for Post-UTME following the guidelines for registration for Post-UTME specified below.
The Courses available are: 1. B. Sc. Accounting 2. B. Sc. Banking and Finance 3. B. Sc. Business Enterprise Management ( Business Management, - Entrepreneurial Studies options) 4. B. Sc. Economics

Candidates must possess minimum entry requirements of Five (5) OLevel Credit passes at one or two sittings in SSCE/GCE/NECO including English Language, Mathematics, Economics and other two relevant Social Sciences subjects.

UNAAB Post-UTME is slated for: Date: Wednesday, 10th and Thursday, 11th August, 2011 Venue: University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (UNAAB) Permanent Site, Alabata Road, Abeokuta. Candidates are to note that they must have attained the age of 16 years by October 1, 2011.
3. DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES ARE NOT TO SIT FOR POST-UTME, PLEASE NOTE - They are ONLY to upload their Bio-data and results.

GUIDELINES FOR REGISTRATION FOR POST-UTME:

Registration for UNAAB Post-UTME is online at www.unaab.edu.ng. Registration for Post- UTME attracts a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Naira (N1,000.00) only. Candidates are to pay into one of the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (UNAAB) accounts (given below) in all branches nationwide of Zenith Bank Plc., or Guaranty Trust Bank Plc., that is of proximity to them to purchase Personal Identification Number (PIN) required to access UNAAB website. PIN can also be obtained from UNAAB Microfinance Bank, Abeokuta. UNAAB Account numbers to pay into are:

Sale of access PIN commences on 25th July, 2011 and ends on 8th August, 2011 Candidates time schedule and venue for the Post-UTME on Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th August, 2011 would be provided on login into the University website www.unaab.edu.ng with the purchased Personal Identification Number (PIN) at the designated banks and their branches nationwide. The print-out on logging in should be brought along for the Post-UTME. Examination commences at 7.30a.m. each day. Each candidate has been scheduled for specific time, day and venue which he/she is advised to strictly adhere to. The information on the scheduled time, day and venue would be provided on login into UNAAB website www.unaab.edu.ng with the PIN.
