TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) QUOTED PRICE INCLUDES: Consultation, concept, design, copy writing, typesetting, proofreading, basic materials, minor changes
(up to 3), proofs (up to 3) and local pick-up & delivery.
2) QUOTED PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Major Changes (see #3), printing, photography, separations, screens, halftones, negatives,
or camera shots.
3) CHANGES: Changes made by the client (after approval of first proof) will be charged by the appropriate percentage at the Rate
contracted.
4) CANCELLATION: Pencilman (Gideon Abochie) shall be paid in full, on a pro-rata basis, for all services rendered up to the date of
any cancellation, Plus, all out-of-pocket expenses incurred to such date. Following any cancellation or breach by client, Pencilman
(Gideon Abochie) shall remain the owner of all original art and copyrights attributable to work created by Gideon Abochie.
5) DEPOSIT: A minimum deposit of 50% (of total bill), is required before work can begin. The balance is due upon delivery of finished
job/art work.
6) USAGE & COPYRIGHTS: Copyrights granted depend upon payment and are limited solely to those stated under "USAGE."
USAGE - Editorial reproduction is limited to One-Ghanaian Use Only, unless stated otherwise on signed quote/invoice. ALL OTHER
RIGHTS ARE RESERVED.
COPYRIGHTS - Ownership of complete copyrights must be negotiated at beginning of job.
7) RETURN OF ORIGINAL ARTWORK: Client agrees to return all original artwork safely and undamaged within 30 days of first
printing or publication, by bonded messenger, air freight, or registered mail.
8) CREDIT LINE & COPYRIGHT: Adjacent credit line for Pencilman and other creators must accompany any use if so specified on
invoice.
9) RELEASES: Client will indemnify Gideon Abochie (Pencilman) against all claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees,
due to uses for which no release was requested in writing or for uses that exceed authority granted by a release.
10) EXPENSES: Expense estimate is subject to normal trade variance of 10% and client's oral authorizations for additional items.
11) METHOD OF PAYMENT: All payments made to Pencilman (Gideon Abochie) shall be rendered in CASH or by Company Check
(local bank only).
No personal checks accepted

Only Cash, Postal Money Orders & Local Company Checks will be accepted.
DEPOSIT: A deposit of 50% is required before work can begin. The balance is due upon the delivery of completed Job/Artwork.
If final payment is not made the client forfeits all rights, artwork and previous deposits or advances.
12) WORKING/TURNAROUND TIME: All reasonable deadlines will be met as agreed to before work has begun.
All Jobs Are Handled On A 'First-Come/First-Served' Basis.
