To advance these ideas, who are the key stakeholders who need to be involved in discussions and planning? How would you make the case to them?

The key stakeholders are those who are able to fund these programs. I believe the teachers and administrators would be on board for this advanced learning; however, funding is always a problem. I would make the case to them by showing them the research behind using these technologies and how they can improve education.
