2. Highlightthe areathat you wantputintocolumns.
3. Format- Columns
4. Fillin yourrequirements in a leftto right,top to bottomorder.
5. lf a selectionthat you wantto makeis alreadymade(fromdefault),besure
to re-selectit or it willnot registeras a setting.
6. Enterthe numberof columnsthatyou want.
7. Selectthe styleyouwant(shownas icons).

lf youwanta lineseparatingyourcolumns,it is calledseparatorlineand

you can choosethewidthfroma drop-downmenu.
