MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THE PRESENT:

This Agreement entered into this ______th day of __________ in the City of Manila by and between

DJAMLA, Represented to as Second Party WHEREAS, the subject mater of the agreement is as appeal case to the Court of Appeals in CA.GR. No.65640. and supersedes all others previous contact / agreement which had been referred into by between the first and second party. WHEREAS, the second Party is responsible to here a lawyer name Atty. _________________ to represent the case and to follow-up to the Court of Appeals or until the termination of the case before the Supreme Court and execution of the judgment. WHEREAS, the first party will give the twenty-five (25%) percent of the Case awarded to their claim to the Second Party, the said (25%) shall be deducted from the total claim upon delivery to the first party. WHEREAS, the twenty-five (25%) present shall be deducted from any proceed proportionate part of the share of our claim. WHEREAS, the twenty-five (25%) present be deducted from all principal claim upon the release of the bank. WHEREAS, the first party and second party agree that this agreement is effective upon the signing of this agreement.
