Innovative contractors will upgrade Rafael and Catalina Gonzalez houses efficiency with a budget of $205,000, a completion time of 2 months, and a start day of April 11, 2011. Innovative techniques and technology will be utilized to reduce utility bills and certify the Gonzalezs home a 15 rating on the LEED energy rating scale. The procured house will be systematically upgraded with energy efficient materials and appliances: Windows HVAC System Solar panels Tank less water heaters Insulating Upgrading appliances Geothermal unit Water heating system Water recycling system H2O floor heating Drip Irrigation System Propane generator The procured materials will be allocated from multiple manufacturers and experts will have to be contracted for certain instillations such as the solar panels, insulation, water heating system, and water recycling system.

Project Energy home is a 2 month project with a budget of $205,000. Innovative contractors will procure innovative energy efficient technology that reduces utility bills and certifies the Gonzalez home a 15 rating on the LEED energy rating scale. Local contractors will be contracted to install: Windows Solar panels High Efficiency HVAC Tankless water heaters Geothermal Unit Water recycling system H2O Floor heating Drip irrigation system Propane generator Additional experts will be contracted to complete any additional work such as the instillation of certain appliances. To attain the most efficiency quality is of the upmost importance and for that reason only contractors who are highly qualified with excellent recommendations will be contracted. Inspections will done by inspectors and the QA manager to evaluate the completed deliverables or the quality of the amount completed .

Also contracted is Anderson Windows and Doors Company to install 16 Anderson 100 series triple pane windows and 4 Velux electric skylights for $30,696 and a schedule of three days

The other cable(model - ) will run into the inverter(model ) and then connect to the junction box. I ti e Innovative Contractors will contract the Anderson Doors and Windows Company to install: 10 Anderson 100 series triple pane window 510x29.5 (item number 32454900) for $765 1 Anderson 100 series triple pane window 3x 46 (item number 458401-2A) for $385 2 Anderson 100 series triple pane window 510x 1 10.5 (item number 32495600) for $565 3 Anderson 100 series triple pane window 510x 46.5 (item number 33182210) for $915 each 4 Velux electric skylights 22.5x 22.5 (item number 54622-5WS) for $4,100 Anderson Windows and Doors company will deliver and install all the windows on April 21,2011 through April 25, 2011 as stated in the signed contract for a cost of $30,696 at 12602 Bayou Mead Ct Humble Texas 77346. Payments will be made at 25 percent completion, 50 percent completion, 75 percent completion, and after the project manager Christian Gonzalez signs off on the 100 percent completion of the deliverable as agreed upon in the contract.

Light switches, receptacles, light b lbs, washer, dryer, t bs, fa cets, and toilets will be delivered to the 12602 Bayo Mead Ct., H mble Tx 77346 on April 17, 2011 at 9:45 am at a total cost of $16,000.

Innovative Contractors will purchase from LOWES six Lutron 600- Watt White Preset Dimmer switches with standard light switch (item number 295068) for $24.99 each, 22 Somerset Collection rotating duplex receptacles with plates(item number 29669) at a cost of $25.00 each, and two cases of Bright Effects 24 pack light bulb commercial box(item number 88959) for $39.99 per pack. The total cost for the light switches, receptacles, and light bulbs is $780 and they will be delivered to the 12602 Bayou Mead Ct., Humble Tx 77346 on April 17, 2011 at 9:45 am. Innovative Contractors will procure from LOWES an Electrolux 5.1 cubic foot electric washer (model EWMGD70JSS) and an Electrolux 8.1 cubic foot electric dryer (EWMGO80JSC) for $1299.99 each. A two warranty is also purchased for the washer and dryer for $700.00 each or $1,400.00, bringing the total $4000.00. The washer and dryer will be delivered to the 12602 Bayou Mead Ct., Humble Tx 77346 on April 17, 2011 at 9:45 am. Innovative Contractors will purchase four Kohler Cimarron White High-Efficiency Water Sense Round Toilets(item number 39090) for $199.00 each, 7 sink faucets for 98.58 each, 3 Delta chrome tub faucets(item number 89235) for $84.99 each, and 3 Delta chrome shower faucets(item number 253503) for $115.00 each. The toilets and faucets will be delivered to the 12602 Bayou Mead Ct., Humble Tx 77346 on April 17, 2011 at 9:45 am. SOW Innovative Contractors will purchase from LOWES the SOK 72 x 42 high efficiency tub (item number k-1100-2G) and a 2 year warranty for $8,000. Also procured is two KOHLER Villager 60 x 32 tubs(item number 333860) for $328.00 each. The total cost for the three tubs is $9,000 and the tubs will be delivered to the 12602 Bayou Mead Ct., Humble Tx 77346 on April 17, 2011 at 9:45 am.

Innovative Contractors contracted JTB ervices to Demolish and remove sheetrock, insulation, windows and siding for $2,800 and a schedule of two days. Also contracted is X-RAIN to install the water recycling system and the drip irrigation system for $6,325.12 with a schedule of three days.

Innovative Contractors will contract the JTB Services for the Demolition of sheetrock and removal of windows at 12602 Bayou Mead Ct Humble Texas 773 6. Removal of sheetrock at all exterior walls Removal of any existing insulation in exterior walls Removal of any existing insulation in attic cavity Removal of windows and siding Removal of trash off site JTB Services will be demolishing and removing insulation and sheetrock for $2, 00.00 and have the work completed in two days. An initial payment of $500.00 was madeand the final payment of $2,300.00 will be made after the project manager Christian Gonzalez signs off on the 100 percent completion of the deliverable as agreed upon in the contract.

Innovative Contractors will contract the X-RAIN for the installation of water recycling system and the drip irrigation system for 12602 Bayou Mead Ct Humble Texas 773 6. Use of Drip line for shrubs and trees Use of brown hose placed around flower beds Installation of collection tanks Installation of area drains throughout property Installation of water pumps for drip line Final grading after installation X-RAIN will install the in three days at a cost of $6,325.12. Payments will be made at 35 percent completion, 70 percent completion, and the final payment will be made after the project manager Christian Gonzalez signs off on the 100 percent completion of the deliverable as agreed upon in the contract.

Failed Permit retrieval- Research has been done to reduce the risk of not receiving the permit and understand what restrictions are currently in the community. Contractor failing to complete work- Research has been done to locate contractors with excellent work history and good recommendations from previous clients. Unsealed valves- pressure tight valves will be used when constructing the deliverables. Clamps will also be installed to reduce the risk of a leak. No local s ppliers or contractors- Research was made through the internet, phone calls, faxes, and expert judgment to locate suppliers and contractors within 30 miles. Hitting a cable, gas line- The cable and gas companies have marked all locations of any lines that are buried. Electrical problem- A professional electrician with extensive work history has been contracted to complete any and all electrical connections. Theft- The house has an alarm system that has been activated and will be running through the duration of the project. Materials procured will be delivered 2 days before installation and will be left within the house. olar Panel Damage- Makrolon will be installed on top of the solar panels to protect it from weather and debris. Received Damaged Material- QA will inspect the materials when received and in the event it is unnoticed contractual obligations deem the supplier the one to replace it.
