The Darby Ranger District on the Bitterroot National Forest is seeking volunteers to serve as camp hosts this summer in the newly renovated upper campground at Lake Como. Campground hosts play an important role in assisting with the management of these areas and working directly with the public. Camp hosts are rewarded with a nice place to stay during the summer, lasting friendships, and a sense of pride in keeping the sites safe and communicating with the public about our National Forests. If you are interested in serving as a camp host on the Bitterroot National Forest, visit www.fs.usda.gov/bitterroot for more information and to apply. Click on Working Together/Volunteering to access the application. The application deadline is June 27.
