Junior / Senior Account Executive

(Selangor - Kampung Jawa, Klang)

Responsibilities: Report to Finance Manager and will be responsible to handle full set of finance and management account ( monthly reporting ) Responsible for sundry sale, monthly tax return, license renewal and other office administrative work Responsible to handle or supervises Junior Account Executive in preparing Account Payable, Account Receivable, Journals, General Ledger, Bank & Cash Account, Reconciliation and other accounting functions Prepares Fixed Asset Register, aging reports, account analysis, cash flow, simple financial statement and accounting reports Liaise with external auditor, bank officer, company secretary & other authorities Other relevant finance, account, forecast and tax related work Requirements: Candidate must possess Degree in Accounting or minimum LCCI Diploma in Accounting or equivalent. At least 2 -3 year(s) of working experience for Senior post or fresh graduates/entry level applicants for Junior post are encouraged to apply. Computer literate with knowledge of UBS accounting, MS. office ( word, excel ) Applicants must be willing to work in Kampung Jawa, Klang. Able to start work immediately or within short period of time.Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience Must know Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia
