Experienced & effective property manager

Brian Kettner has always made the Chicagoland area his home. He grew up in
Bartlett, Illinois and currently resides in Lincoln Square, a neighborhood on the
north side of Chicago. Kettner has 18 years of experience in investment and real
estate management services.

Kettner comes to Siegel-Gallagher with six years of residential real estate

experience. His career in property management began with Jupiter Communities
as the leading force in the lease-up of Burnham Pointe; their premier luxury 298-
unit condominium-turned-rental high-rise in the South Loop. Kettner excelled as
the driving force in creating and implementing the marketing and sales initiatives,
consistently exceeding pre-lease and occupancy goals set. Kettner was also the
face of Burnham Pointe, creating innovative approaches to resident relations that
encouraged strong resident referrals and retention.

Kettner subsequently moved on to manage a 10 building portfolio, consisting

of 563 units for Horizon Realty Group. Brian oversaw all capacities of the
remodeling and day-to-day activities for each site. He successfully retained
strong resident relations and overall occupancy while the buildings were going
through vigorous renovations.

Additionally, he served as Senior Property Manager for McKinley, Inc. tasked with
re-positioning all properties appointed to McKinley in the Chicagoland area.
