Lok Sabha,it was implemented in

13thOctober 2005.
 Through this Act any person can get any
information from Govt.Department ,semi
Govt.Department,any institution who
get financial and from Govt. fee is
Rs.10/- per application.
 By using this Act one can brief
transparency ,efficiency and honesty in
the system.
 Department is bound to supply
desire information within 30
days from the date of
submission of application.
Failing which Rs.250/- per day
will be imposed as fine on the
concern officer of the
department

KAM KA PURA DAAM MILE “
National Rural Employment
Guarantee Act

 This scheme give guaranteed to rural

employed person who are in BPL
colony.
 The wages are 100/per day. It means
that Rs.10,000/- p.a. is guaranteed
wages offer the work.
 This scheme ensure that distance
between places works residence of
employed person should not be more
than 5 Km.
 Under this scheme development
Work in village such as
construction of link road ,social
foresting ,making ponds etc. are
being done.
 This scheme not only provide
employment to the poor but also
development in done in rural
area.
SUMMARY

By using RTI one can similar the

NREGA scheme successfully .

Now it should duty of NGOs to work

the people for using the RTI for
bound efficiency and honesty of the
scheme launched by the Govt.
