Aerobic Activity Worksheet Reflection of Numbers Anika Ullah Pd 4

This activity has taught me many things, like what activity my heart exercises

the most for, and which activities don’t really cause my heart much exercise. I also

learned that even with a 5 minute recovery rest, my heart beat was 130, but it is still

much greater than my original Resting heart rate, which is 86 beats per minute. The

activity that made my heart work the most was running the mile for time. My heart

beat after I completed the run was 194. This is a difference of 108 beats per minute.

My beats per minute for jogging around the bleachers and stretching for three

minutes is 116 beats per minute. My fheartbeat for a cool down lap was 142 beats

per minute. 160 was my heart beats per minute for going up and down the

bleachers 5 times. My heart rate for 30 Tennis Can Butterflies was 151 beats per

minute. My heart rate for Tick Tock sit-ups are 144 beats per minute. My heart

rate for a two lapped interval circuit is 176 beats per minute. My heart rate for walk

one lap and stretch is 160 and 130 beats per minute.
